Counseling
You have taken the first step in your wellness journey and I’m honored to hold space with you! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. I provide counseling, consultations, and coaching services in person and virtually via a secure online telehealth platform. Telehealth is also known as telemedicine, teletherapy, online or distance counseling.
My training, experience, and general counseling practice include working with children, adolescents, couples, and adults as a trauma informed provider to help them overcome depression, anxiety and other life challenges so they may live happy and productive lives. My general practice is accepting new clients.

My counseling practice also includes reproductive health support across the lifespan, from teens to post menopause. Reproductive health across the life span includes LGBTQ family building, Choice Motherhood, fertility support, Infertility support, male, female and non binary reproductive health, donor conception, perinatal and postpartum support, infertility counseling, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, medical termination, navigating pregnancy after loss/infertility and other reproductive health concerns, including cancer and preserving fertility. My reproductive health practice is accepting new clients.
Couples or marriage counseling during fertility treatments is especially helpful as this is usually the first medical and life crisis a couple will face. The stress of family building, infertility struggles, and ART treatments as a couple can highlight intimacy and communication difficulties. With couples counseling, we can work together and provide tools for reconnection and resiliency.

I am a long term member, in good standing, of several professional associations specific to professional counseling, infertility, perinatal and postpartum, reproductive health across the life span, mental health and telehealth.
I take a person centered approach and feel counseling is a commitment that we both will share. I feel as people become more accepting of themselves, they find true joy and awareness in their lives and I am honored to be included in holding space along your journey.
