ABOUT INNER SOLUTIONS

Blending conventional and alternative approaches, we draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for every person in Wilmington, North Carolina and across the USA. We work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve personal life goals.

September Awareness

At Inner Solutions Counseling Center, we aim to spread awareness for all of the various health and social observances that may impact our clients’ lives. Click on each picture to learn more. The following awareness and observances are formally recognized this month: Healthy Aging, Gynecological Cancers, PCOS/PMOS, Prostate Health, Recovery, Self Care, Sexual Health, Sickle Cell, Suicide Prevention.

Life presents us with all kinds of situations, and like Mister Rogers said sometimes we need another person to help talk things through. I am truly grateful to help others feel less overwhelmed and hopefully make things more manageable.
