REGARDING: RELOCATION OF MY PRACTICE

It is with regret that I am not able to notify each of you in person that on July 22, 2011 I will be relocating to live and work in Toronto, Canada. I have thoroughly enjoyed working in private practice in both Wilmington and Jacksonville over the past 10 years. Although we may not see each other, I will continue to think of you all often both professionally and personally. I have learned a great deal from my work and collaboration with professional colleagues to include therapists, medical doctors, nurse’s, physician’s assistants and sleep specialists. I am very excited about furthering my work within the area of behavioral sleep medicine and in the field of psychology with Colin Shapiro, MD; serving psychological needs of patients presenting to his Toronto sleep center and psychiatry practice.
