A Step-by-Step Treatment to Creating a Healthy Relationship with Food, Eating, Body Image and Weight
MINDFUL IS:

· Purposefully paying attention to your body and surroundings
· Acting not reacting
· Observing sensations, emotions and the physical body
· Knowing what your body is feeling and what your mind is thinking
